hey, I need serious help. I can’t download ANY new apps because of an old credit card I had on file that I can’t remove. I’ve tried everything. The app started not opening on my phone and so I thought that would try removing it and download it again. Well the problem is that I cannot download the App from the Windows Store. It always stays on Pending and never starts the download. When I sign into my user account, I cannot download apps at all. So, I don't know what technically could be wrong because we are speaking of the same computer. When I open the shopping bag icon for windows, select an app to download that is free, click on "get app," the whole tab just dissolves and closes without any download happening. So I can open the app store and search for apps as long as its not in the search bar but as soon as I decide what app I want and click on it to download it closes the app store. Same thing happens when I try to use the search bar in the app store.
